Complaints
We work hard to be professional and deliver the best service we can to landlords and tenants, but if you feel we have let you down, please write to "The Complaints Officer" at the address above, or send an email with the subject "Complaint". We will confirm receipt of your complaint, and we will respond to you in due course. If you are a tenant or landlord where we are managing the property, and you are not satisfied with out response, you can escalate the complaint to The Property Ombudsman, of which we are a member, and therefore bound by their Code Of Conduct.
