Fees for renting a property
Tenant Application Fee - £99.00
Tenant Deposit - One month's rent
If the tenancy application is unsuccessful, we refund half of the application fee, and all of any deposit paid to us. All deposits are paid into a Government approved deposit protection scheme as required by the Housing Act 2004.
We usually require tenants to provide a guarantor for all properties rented through Juicy Property. Your guarantor should be a UK home owner.
Note that we do not charge tenancy renewal fees. Many agents charge hundreds of pounds to renew (extend) an existing tenancy. We renew tenancies free to both landlords, and tenants.
